Campo di Fiori is one of the most vibrant locals in the Eternal City – especially at night. In The Trumpet’s Call, Claudia has a choice rooftop apartment that serves as the setting for scenes in the book. It’s also home to Bagheera, the tiny bundle of fun Claudia discovers in the Forum. Bagheera was inspired by my own feline, Olive, and a new friend discovered in Trajan’s Forum (seen below)
